so I wanna build an apartment block which people can rent rooms in it can someone give me info on that thx !

You can make your apartments any size (well as big as the plot can accommodate).

When pricing them, find the length and width then (if you're in a private city (player-run)) times the area by 3f, for example: 5x6x3 = 90f for the apartment.
For a Government city just times the area by 4f, for example:
5x6x4 = 120f for the apartment.

*New-player apartments can't be priced higher than 600f.

On the sign you also need to add how long you wish the rent to be, e.g. 25 days, 1 year, 30 days (30 days is what everyone usually uses as a month is quite a realistic time and it's also a reasonable one).

Signs are made in this order (if it doesn't work, visit /warp helphub to see how a sign is set-up).

*don't include the "<>" on the sign.

<Your in-game username>
<Region Name>
<time the rent lasts for>
<price of the apartment (the number you get from the method above)>
