[~Spider]

Last night I wanted a have a chat with LordRomias about this city and my farm. The chat involved why he had to block my farm from expanding overland with a region which I would consider a troll region. You may think well its a city and he has the right to expand where ever he wants, well my farm spiderjojofarm and spiderjojofarm2 aren't just worth 50k or 100k land value but 320k and is now trapped because of a few regions. I am saying it should be common sense that you shouldn't be able to region within 50 blocks of a superfarm but the fact is LordRomias has region within 10 blocks which with whatever he is building will no doubt make my farm less efficient.

In no way did I swear at him nor said anything negative to him other then I don't like him, I was asking why he was trying to build his city so close to me and why can't he move back a bit more. I got a warning which is unnecessary and abusing his powers.

I was watching him mine out some dirt as I was talking to him and when I left and came back he was flying above the ground. I have no idea what he was doing but he wasn't claiming land for himself, Lord may have needed to fly up and break a block or something but that isn't what /fly is for.

After talking to Lord and being warned FMDIAMOND joined and since he is a good friend of mine I said to him what had happened. Within a few minutes of FM join I had told him what happen and then I needed to go to be, however, FM stayed online and must have said a few things to LordRomias and him being all high and mighty be warned me without knowing even if I spoke to FM about what happened. Romias warned me because I told FMDIAMOND to harass him!

I don't know if LordRomias thinks he is trying to be clever or something but he is not. He has assumed that I had done something without getting any pieces of evidence to support this warning. LordRomias is clearly abusing his powers and trying to ban me.

In conclusion, LordRomias is abusing to get what he wants and should be punished for his actions.

If staffmember tells someone to do something, failing to do so will be seen as rule-breaking.

As you continued you were formally warned.

For context and for any keyboard warriors wanting to reply/troll this forum post, please note that the harassment also pertains to previous occasions where you:

1) Tried to pressurise me to remove my entire city.
2) You repeatedly asked to buy my city.
3) You made offensive remarks about my city.
4) Agreed to region the other way and asked me for a helpme to allow you to do that.
5) Understood previously that I was not building anything near your plot that would drain/reduce the speed of your massive crater farm. You understood that what I was building was parkland/farm land/roads, quest/event related blocks that connects to part of the city.

For flying, please note that a helpme in that area had just finished and work was underway to check regions out based on your assumptions.

You cannot region your farm further towards Snowdonia due to the 120 block rule. You have to accept no in life and that you can't always have things your own way no matter how many times you campaign.

In around 2015 I had enough money to expand my 'base' so I did so, I made my region 14 blocks? or even 10 blocks away from a city, it was considered a 'troll region' even though I was using for production, and Lord claiming it's for his city/farms shouldn't be a valid argument as this region clearly hinders the expansion of this region, this region is 320k so it is easy to see, not and not build by, considering that Lord and Spider weren't best friends to begin with this means that this region can be taken as a troll region, to further emphasise this fact lord has made multiple small regions around that part of the farm to stop us expanding (refer to the images in spiders post), so this is clearly an attempt to stop us expanding there for they are troll regions.

Spamming is not me being freaked out about how many mobs their are saying 6 messages over the timespan of 32 seconds, this is what caused me to react like a normal human being:

considering i was talking to Oza who is a mod, he said nothing, Lord how ever was 'salty' about how I called him out about his insensitive regioning (I said this stuff about 10 mins before the incident:

yet me saying that his regioning was a dick move was enough to make him want to find the pettiest thing he could mute & warn me for, so he chose when I saw the army of mobs and said 6 messages over the span of 32 seconds, so this is not good behaviour as a mod as personal matters such as me being annoyed about him doing some dog regioning should not effect him, but it did and he muted me the next chance he had.

And another example of Romias using his powers to get what he wants. FM did not spam in any way and it's just Romias trying to think he is above everyone because he is salty about what FM and I have said.

The evidence does seem quite sufficient to prove something is dodgy but for the pictures of flying, maybe a bit more context to prove he was using it to check out your region before he made his? Furthermore, if another staff member regioned land by your farm, they would say no because it is obviously close to an expanding farm. Presuming he regioned this, nobody knew. It's questionable the overall behaviour of romias and I think this should be taken seriously by other staff.

This is my unbiased opinion because I barley know Fm, Spider, or Lord.

Spider, people can region land up to 5 blocks of another region if they want to. There is nothing wrong with Lord regioning his land 10 blocks away from your farm. If you look at rules there is the 5 block rule.
